  • Device & log data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.
  • Voluntary feedback: Survey responses, feature requests, and support messages you choose to send us.

We do not collect sensitive health information, and we do not sell your personal data.

How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve Flikkit's features and services.
  • To send you transactional emails (e.g., waitlist confirmations, account notifications).

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase / AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized team members who need it to operate the service. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and regular access reviews.

No system is perfectly secure. We commit to notifying you promptly if we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may use basic analytics tools (e.g., page views, feature usage) to understand how people use Flikkit. These analytics do not track you across other websites and do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights and choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your account information in your profile settings or request deletion by contacting us. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate Flikkit:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
