Before your lesson
Choose a package and pick an available time — times are shown in your own time zone. You'll receive a confirmation email and a calendar invitation with your Google Meet link.
During your lesson
Each private lesson lasts 45 minutes. In your first session, your instructor will get to know your level and goals — whether that's ordering at a café, talking to your landlord or chatting with colleagues — and you'll start practising right away.
Throughout the conversation you'll receive friendly corrections and useful phrases, so you leave knowing exactly how to say what you need.
What you need
- A computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet spot — headphones help
Google Meet runs in your web browser, so there's nothing to install on a computer.
Rescheduling
Plans change. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your lesson. Read the full cancellation & refund policy.
Package lessons may be cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start. Lessons scheduled for Mondays must be cancelled by the preceding Friday at 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET, UTC+1).
