1. Arranging your lessons
After payment is confirmed, follow your booking instructions or email hello@flikkit.com to arrange your lessons. Each private lesson lasts 45 minutes and takes place live on Google Meet. Booking is subject to availability. Check the time zone and keep your confirmation and meeting link.
2. Student cancellations and rescheduling
- Package lessons may be cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start. Lessons scheduled for Mondays must be cancelled by the preceding Friday at 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET, UTC+1).
- For other lessons, cancellation requires at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Use the instructions in your booking confirmation or email us. A cancellation within the applicable deadline returns the lesson to your balance; it does not create a cash refund.
- A cancellation after the applicable deadline, including the Friday deadline for Monday package lessons, or a missed lesson without notice counts as a used lesson, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled lesson time.
- Rescheduled lessons remain subject to availability and the original package expiry date.
3. Instructor cancellations and technical problems
If your instructor cancels or cannot deliver the lesson, we will offer a replacement time or restore the lesson to your balance without penalty. Contact us if a restored lesson cannot be used before package expiry because of our cancellation, so we can arrange a fair remedy. If we cannot provide the paid service, your right to an appropriate refund or other remedy is preserved.
If a technical problem interrupts a lesson, contact us promptly with the details. We will consider its cause and how much of the lesson was delivered when arranging a replacement or other appropriate solution. Please test your equipment and connection before joining.
4. Package validity
Four- and eight-lesson packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. All lessons must be taken within that period. Booking or rescheduling a lesson does not extend validity. Unused lessons expire at the end of the period and are not refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
5. Refunds and statutory rights
We do not offer discretionary refunds for unused lessons or a change of mind. This policy does not exclude statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for services not delivered as agreed, or other mandatory consumer protections. Cancelling a scheduled lesson and withdrawing from a purchase are separate processes.
Where EU/EEA distance-contract withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement of your decision to our email or postal address before that period ends. You may use the model notice below, but it is not compulsory.
If you expressly request lessons to begin during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied, only where the applicable legal requirements have been met. The withdrawal right is lost after full performance only where the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Merely accepting our general terms does not waive that right.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the amount due without undue delay and, where EU rules apply, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a reimbursement fee. Any lawful deduction for services supplied will be explained. Other refunds required by law are handled in accordance with the applicable rules.
6. Model withdrawal notice

7. Introductory lesson and support
The €15 introductory lesson is available once per student and is subject to the same attendance and statutory-rights rules. For booking changes, service issues or a statutory refund request, email hello@flikkit.com with your name, purchase email and relevant lesson or order details.
